Shipping Policy
Where possible, orders are despatched on the same day for next day delivery or on the first available working day. Orders are sent free of charge within the UK via Royal Mail or by courier.
Overseas orders may take a little longer – please call us on + 44 (0)1733 348917 or + 44 (0)1733 247654 after 8pm to discuss.

Customers may also collect from our shop if they prefer, at Designer Leathers, 8 Queen Street, Peterborough PE1 1PA. Shop opening times are Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and on Sundays 10.30am to 4pm.

We will inform you if any item is out of stock and undertake to send it on to you as soon as it becomes available.

For orders outside the UK a charge may be made for postage and packaging. In the first instance please drop us a note via email: contact@designerleathers.co.uk. Overseas customers will be responsible for any local taxes or customs regulations that may apply and we advise checking before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope and expect that you will love your purchase from Designer Leathers Peterborough! If for any reason you are not satisfied we will be happy to replace or refund the item within 10 days of purchase.

The customer must notify Designer Leathers Peterborough of any problem, by telephone or email, within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Items must be carefully re-packaged and returned with order number, name, address and contact details of purchaser and reason for return. It is very important we have these details so we can take the appropriate action. For convenience, we have provided a downloadable returns form.
